The Valley Fitness Centre offers several inexpensive web-based advertising opportunities.
Note: Only businesses operating within the Columbia Valley area and considered by VFC to fit within the classification of “community health and wellness” may have a listing or advertise on this site. Regular (free) and enhanced listings are available within the Community Health & Wellness Guide. Banner advertising is available within all Resources sections, including the Community Health & Wellness Guide.
VFC’s Community Health & Wellness Guide Listings
A regular listing contains your business name, address and telephone number. For example:

Advertising Placement
“Box” format ads (100x75 pixels and 150x200 pixels) are placed within the text of the Resources listings. “Banner” (530x75 pixels) and “Half Banner” (260x75 pixels) ads are placed between Resources sections, or at the bottom of the Resources page. We will accommodate your specific placement requests wherever possible (what Resources section, and near your listing or whatever classification you prefer), but ads are never placed at the top of the page, or inside the red column on the left side of the page.
Advertising Specifications
All ads must be static, and may not contain any flashing or movement (no animated .gifs or flash programming). Ads include a website or e-mail link. Ads must be provided in one of the following formats: .gif, .jpg, .png or .psd, sized to the exact pixel dimensions specified below, at 72 dpi. You may provide your own artwork to these specifications, or you may enquire about custom design of your advertisement for an additional fee.
All paid advertising includes a free enhanced listing (see above).
